Cave-dwelling invertebrates known only from Kosovo include the beetles Pavicevicia (or Bathyscidius) comottiorum (Museo Scienze Begamo WM pdf) and Pavicevicia pretneri (ResearchGate), a springtail Neelus klisurensis (ResearchGate), a wood louse Alpioniscus metohicus (p. 111 of AMMK WM pdf), the millipedes Brachydesmus jalzici (p. 113 of AMMK WM pdf) and Polydesmus undeviginti (p. 115 of AMMK WM pdf), a leech Dina prokletijaca (ResearchGate), and several freshwater snails: Saxurinator schlickumi (Subterranean Biology), Plagigeyeria gladilini (p. 104 of AMMK WM pdf), Terranigra kosovica (p. 106 of AMMK WM pdf) (ResearchGate), Saxurinator schlickumi (p. 161 of AMMK WM pdf), and Belgrandiella bumasta (p. 99 of AMMK WM pdf).

Other endemic invertebrates include a ground beetle Deltomerus nopcsai (p. 117 of AMMK WM pdf), a rove beetle Protamaurops serbicus (p. 351 of AMMK WM pdf), a pseudoscorpion Chthonius metohicus (doiSerbia WM pdf), a mite Zercon kosovina (ResearchGate), a millipede Dyocerasoma drimicum (p. 323 of AMMK WM pdf), an earthworm Dendrobaena zicsi (p. 305 of AMMK WM pdf), a freshwater snail Bythinella istoka (Semantic Scholar), and a land snail Monachoides kosovoensis (figs. 4-6 at Internet Archive).
